Mikhail Krasnov – the founder and President of the Verysell Group of Companies. Since 1990, he has provided leadership and an overall management strategy for the company. Today, Verysell is one of the top Russian IT companies, having established its expertise in systems integration, IT and management consulting, industrial automation, and distribution of hi-tech products.

Along with his management role in Verysell, Mikhail Krasnov is active in public organizations dedicated to furthering the development of IT industry in Russia. He is a member of the IT Council under the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications, as well as a member of the Board of the Information and Computer Technologies Industry Association (AP KIT). He also serves as the chairman of the AP KIT Committee for International Affairs and Investments.

Mikhail Krasnov is widely regarded as an expert in the area of governmental regulation of the IT industry and in the development of the Russian hi-tech market. His expertise includes methods of improving the investment climate of the Russian IT sector, as well as the development of its recognition and business relations abroad.

Mr. Krasnov graduated from Moscow State University, and hold a Ph.D. in Economics. Prior to founding Verysell, Mr. Krasnov worked for 14 years at the Institute of USA and Canada under the Academy of Science of the USSR.
